Nashville was the site of the 2013 Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) Annual Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. This year’s conference was the biggest in the history of VRMA with more than 900 vacation rental professionals attending. NAVIS was there to talk strategies and solutions that increase leisure revenue through the voice channel. We also introduced REACH, our new advanced CRM database marketing system.
